The Layout:

This condo is the 1st level of a duplex. 

Outdoor Space: Deck off of kitchen and shared back yard with upstairs unit. There is a private outdoor shower for those sandy days at the beach.

Main Level: Everything is on the same floor. Kitchen is large with an eat in kitchen. Seating for 4 at the table. Kitchen is equipped with everything you should need . Not sure if we have it, just ask! Living space is large enough to accommodate all for those movie or game nights. With comfortable seating and a smart TV for all your streaming needs (please make sure to sign in/out of your accounts)
