SurfsUp offers three well-appointed bedrooms, all with TVs to stream your favorite bing-worthy favorites. In the kitchen, you will find all the essentials. The ‘open-concept’ entertaining area is great for the whole family for a movie or game night.

Outdoor Space: 1 Car off-street parking in driveway. Grill is provided for those BBQ meals: Fenced-in backyard (all stone), 3 decks with varying outdoor furniture. 

Ground Level: Main Entrance. Laundry room with Full-Size washer and dryer for those who may need to do laundry. Bedroom 1 has a Bunk Bed twin/twin, TV, Dresser, and sliders to the backyard. Bedroom 2 has 1 Queen Bed, TV, and sliders to the backyard.

Mid Level: Entertaining level. Updated Half Bath. Kitchen, Dining area with seating for 6 at the table and 3 additional settings at the counter. Two couches in the living room, 50” inch SMART TV, Fireplace (not to be used). Access to Front Deck and Back Deck.
